Your Facilitators

Alexander Warnow is the founder of Harvest Integration, a licensed psychotherapist (though he is not acting in that capacity for this retreat) and a guide based in Oakland. He’s passionate about creatively connecting people with themselves, each other, and something greater. He’s been a psychotherapist for 14 years, a guide for 10, and has been leading group retreats for 6 years.

Sonia Kreitzer is a singer, songwriter, sound healer and facilitator. Based in Los Angeles, she professionally records music under her moniker “Doe Paoro” and has released five full-length records.

Sonia has toured with iconic artists such as the Gipsy Kings and collaborated with artists including Peter, Bjorn & Jon, RAC, Monogem, Son Little, and Justin Vernon. Her work has earned recognition on NPR, BBC, Pitchfork, Triple J Radio, and in various films and television productions.

At the heart of Sonia’s musical expression is a belief in the power of music to heal and awaken consciousness. She studied Lhamo, Tibetan Opera singing, at the Tibetan Institute for Performing Arts in Mcleod Ganj, India, which profoundly impacted her understanding of music. Sonia’s work in the world includes touring worldwide, offering concerts and sound baths, teaching voice activation workshops in retreats, courses and festivals, and facilitating music in ceremonial and sacred spaces.

We hold this with playful reverence and will share specific techniques to allow you to deepen into your song and music offerings.
